Am- easy run Pm- good workout 60 seconds x 4 all out i believe. Dope workout, i forgot to where a calf sleeve and i belive i have tendonitis but whatevs. Only did 2. Good sess. To give some prespective i ran my 1st one i hit 400 meters about 58 seconds. Then we decided to do a downhill and i beleive i ran the next one in 53. But the change from the track to the sidewalk really irrated my foot. So i called it done and finished with some minutes with the freshman. |
