am_ 3 miles only cause my achilles was troubling me.
pm: Coe #1 it started out too easy then finished hard. started at 17.5 100 for my 4:40 Mile pr from last year and finished at a 25.5. 200 for my 400 in last years medley. i reckt my groin shutting down noobs in lacrosse, they call me the human hand-cuffs. it didnt hurt while doing the workout. once we did 10 second hills i had to sde step and i totally reckt it hard. ice and recovery now. :(
