easy morning 30
2x10 minute tempo. first one was at 5:50 pace which is always cheese. the next one is at 5:3x pace, i never got in a rhythm i felt uncomfortable for some reason. i stuck along slowly moved my way right behind nick and finished pretty easy.
next we had 2x300s with like 7 minutes recovery. i got out good and ran my first one at 39 low pretty good, the next one was a 41 low. so i did good proud of myself.
