am: easy run met conner arnell again it was cool.
Pm: hard workout we had a 400-600 at goal 800 pace my goal is a sub 1:56 so i was shooting for a 57 high or 58 low. first 400 was about a mid 58 and then i dropped out 30 meters later.
10 minute recovery
next was the 400s at mile pace (4:30) with one minute recovery. 67,68,68.
3 minutes recovery
400s at 800 pace (60)
60,62. these were hard with a minute recovery inbetween them.
then 2 400s at 800 goal pace (58)
62 then i ran 50 seconds for 300 meters and i felt that it was too slow so i dropped out.
totally fine with this workout since i haven't ran anything like this ever. will improve next week felt good.
