0 in the morning cuz my knee was in serious pain,like couldn't bend it. so i took my rolling stick and rolled all day during school.
35 in the afternoon, i did 2 hills and on the third one i couldn't get my right knee to get higher and it hurt like a crazy. i stopped turned around and heading back to school. the whole time during the kids track meet this was on my mind so i wasn't all the way there.
